Ronisa S. Glass is a native Atlantan, educated in the Atlanta Public School System and a graduate of D.M. Therrell High School.  She went on to graduate from Bryman Institute - National Education Center as a Medical Assistant in 1990. She has served in the medical field for more than 22 years, and is passionate about helping people.

Ronisa was licensed as a minister in 2009, and as an Elder in 2019.  She has faithfully served in ministry in many areas.

She is a graduate of "The Eagles Network” 2010 & 2011 where she received certification in
Dance & Leadership.  As her desire to grow spiritually continued to increase, she sought additional training & became an Alpha class graduate of the following, Kingdom Ambassadors Ministerial Training Center, (KAMT-ATL), Understanding the Apostolic River UTAR, (an Online course based in Texas) and Sculpture World School of Dance, (SWSD) in Atlanta, GA. Even furthering the call of ministry upon her life, Ronisa was chosen to begin an extensive training program for the Apostolic Team of Passion for Worship Dance Ministries International.  In February of 2017, she was ordained into the Five-Fold Office of Teacher.

In 2014, the Lord impressed upon her to launch Fireproof Ministries, which is a ministry geared towards helping women who’ve gone through any form of brokenness, to know that they don’t have to carry the residue of what they’ve gone through. Ronisa has a true & genuine passion for helping women. It’s the driving force behind her 4E System, which is to Encourage, Edify, Educate & Empower  women to come up and come out of any form of brokenness.

No matter how difficult the circumstances that came her way, she was able to stand and make it through. She credits her faith in God for keeping her and making her strong. Her desire is to see women across the world be able to stand. She wants to help them become "FIREPROOF".

Teacher, Elder Ronisa Glass is blessed to be the mother of two sons, one daughter and five beautiful grandchildren.
